I joined Huasheng three years ago after graduating in civil engineering, starting on a high-speed rail project in western China. Within a year I went from shadowing my mentor over drawings to independently leading technical briefings for a whole section.
The mentorship program saved me from many detours. My mentor, a chief engineer with twenty years of experience, always said: 'Every line on the drawing is real money on site.' That instilled in me a habit of rigorous double-checking.
I'm now preparing for my Class-A Constructor exam — the company covers the training costs and even grants study leave. Here, you can clearly see who you'll be in five years.

I've worked on the Dubai solar project for four years with teammates from more than twenty countries. What impresses me most about Huasheng is the trust placed in local teams — key positions aren't reserved for headquarters expats.
I grew from site engineer to site manager, and the company offered me a six-month rotation at the Beijing headquarters. It helped me understand how the Chinese teams work — and gave headquarters a direct voice from overseas sites.

When I joined Huasheng in 2011, safety management was still about inspections and penalties. Over the years we've turned it into a culture: today any worker who spots a hazard has the authority to stop work — and gets recognized for it.
The company never cuts corners on safety investment. We pioneered smart helmets and AI video recognition on our projects, achieving 100% supervision coverage of high-risk operations.

I was a developer at an internet company before joining Huasheng's Digital Construction Center in 2022. What attracted me was how 'real' the problems are: optimizing a scheduling simulation algorithm can mean measurably better dispatching for hundreds of machines on site.
Our team connected BIM models, IoT sensors, and schedule data into a project digital-twin platform. The first time I saw our system mirror a construction site a thousand kilometers away in real time, I felt a sense of achievement no purely online product could give.
Huasheng is remarkably open to cross-disciplinary talent — within six months I was leading an innovation project. If you want technology to land in the physical world, the stage here is big enough.
