Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of planning, execution, and delivery of major engineering projects, ensuring on-time, on-quality, on-budget completion
- Build and lead cross-disciplinary project teams, coordinating resources across design, procurement, and construction
- Manage project risks and changes, maintaining effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and regulators
- Drive adoption of digital project management tools and continuously improve delivery processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in engineering; 10+ years of experience managing large-scale projects
- PMP or Class-A Constructor certification preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and risk management skills
- Willing to be based on project sites; overseas project experience preferred
