Responsibilities
- Create project BIM models, run clash detection, and coordinate design development
- Set up project-level BIM collaboration platforms and define modeling and delivery standards
- Support digital use cases including 4D scheduling simulation and quantity takeoff
- Train project teams on BIM tools and drive adoption of digital construction technology
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or computer science; 3+ years of BIM implementation
- Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, Bentley, or equivalent BIM software
- Understanding of IFC standards and BIM collaboration workflows
- Programming skills (Dynamo/Python) preferred
