Responsibilities
- Lead bidding, contract negotiation, and commercial strategy for international projects
- Administer contract performance, handling variations, claims, and dispute resolution
- Analyze target-market commercial environments to support regional development strategy
- Coordinate legal, tax, and insurance resources to control commercial risk
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in engineering management, international trade, or law; 8+ years in international project commerce
- Expert in FIDIC conditions with major EPC negotiation experience
- Fluent English with the ability to independently lead cross-border negotiations
- Southeast Asia market experience preferred
